WellViva was created as a quiet response to the pace of modern life.
In a world that constantly asks more of us — more productivity, more noise, more stimulation — many people find themselves living in a state of quiet exhaustion. The body tightens, the mind races, and rest becomes something we promise ourselves for later.
WellViva exists to offer a different rhythm.
Through meditation, sound experiences, and yoga, we create experiences that allow the nervous system to soften, the breath to deepen, and the mind to settle. These practices are simple, yet profoundly restorative when given the space to unfold.

Vanessa Manay
Vanessa Manay is the founder of WellViva — a modern wellness practitioner devoted to mindfulness, movement, sound, and nervous system wellbeing.
A certified yoga instructor, meditation teacher, and sound massage practitioner, Vanessa blends yoga, meditation, breathwork, and sound healing to create calming and restorative experiences that support balance, presence, and inner connection.
With training across India, Guatemala, and Australia, her teaching style is compassionate, creative, and grounding — gently guiding people toward stillness, self-awareness, reconnecting with self and wellbeing in a fast-paced world.
